Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — Rs. 150

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — Rs. 350

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and tracking link.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your order’s progress. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become available or update.

Delivery Issues and Delays

We work with reliable courier partners, but occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, high order volumes, courier-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help you resolve the issue with the courier.
